The Digital Government Strategy has evolved, increasing its importance as a STRATEGIC AXIS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE, as it strives for a more efficient, transparent, and participatory State that delivers enhanced services through collaboration with the entire society.
Led by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (Ministry of ICT), in coordination with the Administrative Department of Public Function and the National Planning Department.
It is founded on the EFFICIENT USE OF ICTs to fulfill the National Government’s objectives of: reducing poverty, enhancing security, and increasing employment.

SCOPE IN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

The development of the consultancy is based on ensuring compliance with the IT Architecture Reference Framework established by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MinTIC) of Colombia and the IT4+ management model.

We consider that Enterprise Architecture (EA) is not just about ICT but about business, and it is not static but dynamic.
